It was an exciting match between St. Patrick's Crown City Stickers and St. Andrew's Big Parish Stars as they battled for the top spot in the inaugural Pure Grenada Cup Football tournament.
Crown city stickers became the victor by defeating the Boys from the Big Parish 1-nil, with a goal scored by the Man of the Match, player number 9, Denron "Toko" Frederick.
The team was presented with the winning prize of Thirty Thousand Dollars at the closing ceremony of the Cup. The teams star player Denron "Toko" Frederick was also awarded with the Golden Boots Trophy, One thousand Dollars, and a Scooter Bike for his performance in the match and tournament.
St. Andrew's Big Parish Stars had to settle for second position in the Cup, while St. George's Royal Cannons placed third. Seven teams battled for a place in the final of the Cup which took place over eight weeks at various locations around Grenada.
